850 Miles – 66,000ft Accent – 3 Countries – 12 Days

Mani Ghedia – A keen and enthusiastic cyclist for several years raising money several charities and this year will be trying to raise money for The Pace Centre – a charity with the goal of helping childern with cerebral palsy.

He  has previously taken part in several gruelling cycle  sportives including: L’Etape du Tour, London to Paris, Tri-State Trek (Boston – NYC), London to Brighton and several Wiggle Super Series events and is sponsored by various companies.

The Challenge – This summer (July-Aug, 12 Days) Mani Ghedia, together with a team of 14, will be cycling across spectacular Iceland and then the mighty Alps (From Austria to Italy) in the fastest time possible. The distance covered will be approx 850 miles and will take in a staggering 66,000 ft of accents and descends (the equivalent elevation profile of going up Mt Everest and then down again!) The ride takes in major climbs including the Grossglockner, Zoncolan, Stelvio and Mortirolo!
